Virtual Tour of the Butchart Gardens & Vancouver Island's Beaches

Explore the Butchart Gardens outside Victoria, British Columbia on Vancouver Island. The gardnes are a former cement quarry that belonged to the Butchart family since 1904. After the limestone was exhausted, Jenny Butchart created beautiful gardens, leaving a family legacy that lasted until now. For the first time in 100 years Butchart Gardens closed due to COVID19. I had the pleasure to walk in the Gardens and discover the masterpiece created by the gardeners in this National Historic Site. This virtual walk through the gardens offers a rare glimpse of the gardens. There were not too many visitors. Butchart Gardens is nothing short of magnificent.
